By purchasing a ticket to or attending a Mehfil Nights event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Tickets & Entry
- Each ticket is a revocable license to attend the specific event and date listed, and admits one person only. A ticket is not a guarantee of admission.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable at the ticket holder's request, except where required by law.
- Mehfil Nights reserves the right to revoke any ticket or refuse admission to any person at its sole discretion, before or during an event. If a ticket is revoked for reasons other than the ticket holder's conduct or violation of these terms, the ticket holder's sole and exclusive remedy is a full refund of the ticket price paid. Mehfil Nights is not liable for any other costs or losses, including travel expenses.
- Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited. Tickets obtained through unauthorized sources may be invalid and denied entry.
- Attendees may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification matching the ticket holder's name.
2. Age Policy
- Mehfil Nights events are generally intended for audiences aged 18 and above.
- Any exceptions will be clearly stated for specific events.
- It is the attendee’s responsibility to meet the age requirements. Entry may be refused without refund if requirements are not met.
3. Timing & Entry
- Events typically run approximately 120–150 minutes, but duration may vary.
- Doors open approximately 30–45 minutes before the event start time. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for a smooth entry.
- Late entry may be restricted or denied once the performance has begun, in order to preserve the experience for all attendees.
- Failure to attend does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
4. Experience & Conduct
- Mehfil Nights is an intimate, shared cultural experience. Attendees are expected to be present, respectful, and mindful of the performance environment.
- Disruptive behavior (including talking during performances, excessive phone use, harassment, or interference with the experience) may result in removal without refund.
- Mehfil Nights reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at its discretion for safety, comfort, or experience-related reasons.
- Tickets are for personal, non-commercial use only. Attendance for the purpose of commercial research, competitive analysis, content or talent scouting, or solicitation of artists, vendors, or attendees on behalf of any business or competing event organizer is prohibited and constitutes grounds for ticket revocation or removal without refund.
- Mehfil Nights may cancel any ticket it reasonably believes was purchased in violation of these terms, including tickets purchased on behalf of a prohibited party.
5. Phone & Recording Etiquette
- Guests are welcome to capture moments from the event. However, we ask that phone usage remains minimal and non-disruptive to artists and fellow attendees.
- Flash photography, continuous recording, or any behavior that affects the shared experience may be restricted at the discretion of the organizers.
- Professional or commercial audio/video recording is prohibited without prior written consent of Mehfil Nights.
6. Photography & Media
- Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by Mehfil Nights.
- By attending, you consent to your likeness, image, and voice being used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.
7. Event Changes
- Event details, including venue, timing, and artist lineup, are subject to change.
- In case of cancellation, Mehfil Nights will provide appropriate next steps in accordance with applicable policies and requirements.
8. Venue & Restrictions
- Outside food is not permitted inside the event space.
- Beverages may be allowed depending on venue policies and must be handled responsibly.
- Unauthorized promotion, solicitation, or distribution of materials at the event is not permitted.
9. Personal Belongings & Liability
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Mehfil Nights is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mehfil Nights is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event.
10. Force Majeure
- Mehfil Nights is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, government regulations, or unforeseen events.
11. Pricing & Fees
- Ticket prices may vary (including early access and last-day pricing tiers) and are subject to change without notice.
- Additional service or processing fees may apply at checkout.
12. Agreement
- By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
